If the Magic Carpet app crashes upon startup, first try a System Restore –

  1. Click on the search box next to the Start Menu
  2. Type “Cmd” to open command prompt
  3. Type “rstrui.exe” to open System Restore
  4. Select “Next” and choose a restore point from at least 2 weeks ago

If the app still crashes after System Restore completes, contact LinkAT support@linkassistive.com
