Equipment Trial Loan Conditions
- Equipment trials are available for a period of 1 to 3 weeks and are offered within Australia only.
- The person in possession of the device is responsible for all costs associated with loss or theft of the equipment.
- Link Assistive will cover all accidental damage for the duration of the loan.
- If the equipment does not operate correctly upon arrival, you must notify Link Assistive immediately once the issue is identified and request further instructions.
- The trial ‘End Date” is the date when the device needs to be posted back to Link Assistive.
- If the trial return date cannot be met, you are required to notify Link Assistive at least one week prior to the due date.
- If the equipment is not returned by the agreed due date and no extension has been mutually approved, a late fee may apply at the discretion of Link Assistive.
- All equipment must be returned clean and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Equipment must be returned to Link Assistive using the Australia Post prepaid return label(s) provided.
- Courier collection can be arranged upon request; however, this service incurs an additional fee.
